| 摘 要： | 加入WTO后，我国法学教育机遇与挑战并存，需要对我国的法学教育进行反思。作者在对我国传统法学教育的特点进行解析的基础上，指出其存在的问题。最终从宏观和微观两个层面提出改革法学教育的路径。

| Abstract: | After entering the WTO, China has both opportunities and challenges in legal education. There is a need for China to reflect on the legal education situation. The paper analyzes China＇s traditional characteristics of the legal education and points out its problems. Ultimately, from the macro and micro levels, it puts forward the way of legal education reform. |
