| 摘 要： | 韶关市的房地产业自改革开放以来得到了迅速的发展 ,但由于诸多方面因素的影响 ,出现许多不规则和不合理运行现象。本文就韶关房地产业存在的问题、产生这些问题的原因进行分析 ,并试图找出解决的办法。
