ZGB菌体蛋白对小鼠相关体征指标的影响

目的通过观测饲喂ZGB菌体蛋白后小鼠体重及生理生化指标的变化,探讨其作为蛋白质饲料投入养殖业开发利用的可能性。方法饲喂小鼠不同剂量的ZGB菌体蛋白,连续观察其一般状态,记录每10 d小鼠的体重及死亡情况;实验结束后抽样处死实验动物,取内脏称重,计算脏器系数并取血测定相关生理、生化指标。结果 (1)各组小鼠精神状态良好,采食饮水正常,被毛光亮,粪便正常,实验期间只有饲喂6%ZGB菌体蛋白组死亡1只,死亡率仅为1.66%,其余各组无死亡;(2)各组间小鼠体重无显著性差异(P0.05);(3)实验组外周血的相关生理、生化指标与对照组比较无显著性差异(P0.05);(4)实验组脏器系数与对照组比较均无显著性差异(P0.05)。结论在本实验条件下,ZGB菌体蛋白对小鼠的体重和生理、生化指标略有影响。

Effects of Bacterial Protein ZGB on Signs and Indicators of Mice
