| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆是图书馆未来发展的方向，通过介绍和分析数字图书馆的概念，明确了其基本特征，阐述了数字图书馆建设中的网络信息技术，数字式信息资源建设，网上资源收藏三方面内容，并对数字图书馆的组织管理和机构建立进行了探讨。
