磁集成技术中磁性元件等效电路模型的研究

摘    要:对磁件等效电路模型进行了概述,提出了一种新的磁件等效电路模型.新模型既能反映磁件的结构,又能方便电路分析计算,并且通过它建立起4类磁件等效电路模型的关系图,证明了4类磁件等效电路模型具有同一性.针对磁件的非线性磁饱和特性,在回转器-电容建模中引入了磁开关元件,简化了已有的处理方法的计算,仿真结果表明了该处理方法的可行性和准确性.最后,针对在建立各类等效电路模型过程中存在的参数确定难问题,指出利用电磁场分析软件可以解决这一问题.

Abstract:Equivalent circuit models of magnetic component are summarized and a new model is proposed, where the structure of magnetic component is reflected and the circuit analysis is carried out flexibly. The relationship figures of four kinds of equivalent models of magnetic component are gained with this model, and the identity of these four kinds of models is confirmed. To simplify the computing method of magnetism saturation, a magnetism switch component is designed in gyrator-capacitor model. The simulation result indicates the feasibility and accuracy of this method. Furthermore, the difficulty of calculating parameters in developing equivalent circuit can be solved by the aid of electro-magnetic field analysis software.
