野生柴胡和栽培柴胡的根、叶显微结构比较

摘    要:对产自甘肃陇西的1种栽培柴胡、礼县地区的1种栽培柴胡、1种野生柴胡以及产自山西万荣的2种栽培柴胡的根和叶进行了显微观察和比较分析.结果表明,甘肃陇西地区的栽培柴胡根的木质化程度低,韧皮部相对含量高,韧皮部占根半径的6/7;甘肃礼县地区的野生柴胡和栽培柴胡以及山西万荣的栽培柴胡根的木质化程度都很高,韧皮部相对比例低,韧皮部和木质部的比例分别为1/1、3/5、1/2和1/2.另外,所取5种柴胡样本的叶结构相同,只是叶的大小略有差别.

Abstract:The microstructure observation and comparison of the root and leaf structure was studied between one cultured species Bupleurum chinese from Longxi,Gansu,one wild species and one cultured species B.chinese from Li County,Gansu and two cultured species B.chinese from Wanrong,Shanxi.The results showed that the Bupleurum cultured species in Longxi had a low wooden degree and the phloem covers 6/7 of the radius of the root.The roots of the wild and cultured Bupleurum from Li County and the cultured one from Wangrong,shared with very high wooden degrees,with separate percentage of the phloem and xylem being 1/1,3/5,1/2 and 1/2.Ploreover,the leaf structures of the five species of Bupleurum were identical,with only slightly difference in size.
