PWM高速开关阀特性分析

摘    要:运用数字仿真和实验相结合的方法,研究了PWM高速开关阀的开关特性、静特性和谐波特性.对开关阀的开关运动过程进行了理论分析,建立了阀开关特性的数学模型;系统地研究了阀芯位移的静特性,对影响静特性从而影响整个系统性能的脉宽调制频率f_c,阀结构特性参数t_1,t_2,t_3,t_4等进行了讨论;分析了开关阀控制系统输出伴有稳态纹波的机理。

Abstract:The on-off behavior characteristics, spool displacement static characteristics and micro-amplitude oscillation characteristics of PWM high speed on-off valves have been studied through an approach of combined digital simulation and testing. The regular patterns of the on-off process for the spool are analyzed and the on-off behavior characteristic mathematic models built up. The static, characteristics of spool traverse are completely and systematically studies, and the factors fc, t1, t2, t3, t4, that affect the static characteristics and thereby the performance of the whole on-off valve control system are discussed in detail. Mechanism for the formation of micro-amplitude oscillation waves accompanying the output wave of PWM high speed on-off valve control system is analyzed.
