MgAPO-5可见光光催化剂的制备及其性能研究

摘    要:以拟薄水铝石、正磷酸、硫酸镁为原料,采用水热法合成了MgAPO-5分子筛.以可见光光催化降解亚甲基蓝作为模型反应,详细考察了合成条件(晶化时间、模板剂种类、晶化胶体酸度)和光催化反应条件(催化剂用量、反应液初始pH值)等因素对合成产物的理化性能及光催化性能的影响.结果表明,MgAPO-5分子筛的最佳合成条件为:以三乙胺为模板剂,晶化时间为20 h,晶化胶体的pH值为6.0;MgAPO-5分子筛降解亚甲基蓝的最佳反应条件为:催化剂用量1.25 g/L,反应液初始pH值以中性为宜.

Abstract:Metal doped aluminophosphate molecular sieve(MgAPO5) was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis starting from pseudo-boehmite,phosphoric acid and magnesium sulfate as the raw materials.Using the photodegradation of methylene blue under visible light as the model reaction,the impacts on characterization and photocatalytic activity were investigated in detail under the different synthesized conditions such as crystallization time,organic template,pH and photocatalytic reaction conditions such as different catalyst amount and initial solution pH.The primary results showed that the best synthesized conditions were using triethylamine as organic template,crystallization 20 h and pH 6.0,while the best photocatalytic reaction conditions were 1.25 g/L catalyst and the neutral initial solution pH.
