扭杆梁后桥结构轻量化分析

摘    要:建立了Passat轿车扭杆梁后桥的精确有限元分析模型;提出以安全系数、静扭转刚度和一阶固有模态为轻量化分析的性能评价指标;利用三种材料,分别对提出的三种优化结构形式后桥方案进行轻量化优化分析,最后从性能指标、制造工艺、材料成本及减重效果几个方面综合分析出一种最优轻量化技术方案.

Abstract:A finite element model of PASSAT twist beam rear axle is established. Safety coefficient, static twist rigidity and the first mode are considered as the standard for light weight performance evaluation. Three materials are separately used to optimize the weight of rear axle which is presented in three different kind of structure. In conclusion, the best optimal light weight rear axle is found the basis of a synthetical analysis of performance standard, manufacture process, material price and mass decrease.
