| 摘 要： | 非正式制度是正式制度有效运作的保证，对工程咨询业发展影响重大．本文运用进化博弈论中的复制动态模型和进化稳定均衡分析了有限理性情况下，受不同非正式制度影响的工程咨询企业的进化博弈解，揭示了工程咨询企业非正式制度的长期演化趋势． |

| Abstract: | The informal institutions that guarantee formal institution run in a good way play an important role on trade development. The author investigated the influence of different informal institutions on development of engineering consultation corporation on base of evolutionary game theory, put forward evolutionarily direction of the informal institution needed by engineering consultation corporation. |
