摘    要:考虑了黏弹性系数和脉动流因素,采用牛顿法建立了航空发动机液压管路在基础激励下的非线性流固耦合振动数学模型,并将方程进行了无量纲化.根据梁模型横向弯曲振动模态函数,采用Galerkin法将运动方程在模态空间内展开,利用Matlab和Mathematica软件数值仿真,分析研究了航空发动机液压管路的流体压力、流速、轴向力等参数对振动特性的影响.最后通过实验验证了所得结论与理论相符合.

Abstract:Considering the viscoelastic coefficient and pulsating flow factors, the nonlinear fluid-structure interaction vibration differential equation of the hydraulic pipe was established by using the Newton method, and the dimensionless equation was carried out. The dimensionless equation was discretized with the Galerkin method by the beam model for lateral bending vibration mode function. Effects of the fluid pressure, fluid velocity and axial force on vibration characteristics of the aero-engine hydraulic pipe were simulated by the Matlab and Mathematica softwares. The experimental results agree well with the theory.
