类金刚石膜在钢丝圈上的应用

摘    要:钢领和钢丝圈长期不停地进行干摩擦运转,导致国内钢丝圈使用周期一般只有10 ~ 15 d.通过在钢丝圈表面制备类金刚石膜的方法,使钢丝圈表面具有高硬度、强耐磨性和较低的粗糙度,以降低钢丝圈磨损.在室温下对类金刚石涂层进行干摩擦情况下的球盘式摩擦磨损试验,试验模拟钢丝圈高速低载荷的工作环境,通过改变速度、载荷等外部因素,测试摩擦系数等的变化以及工作的稳定性.试验结果表明,与其他类型的钢丝圈相比,类金刚石膜摩擦系数、磨损率均极低,其性能极大地满足了钢丝圈在低载高速的工作环境下的使用要求,且在改变工作条件的情况下可保持较好的稳定性,保证了这类钢丝圈的使用寿命.

Abstract:Ring and bead run constantly under conditions of dry friction,which leads to the life cycle of bead is only 10~15 days.In this paper,we plate diamond-like carbon film on the surface of the bead to make bead surface having high hardness,good wear resistance,and low surface roughness.The frictional and wear properties of diamond-like carbon are investigated with friction-wear experiment in the room temperature.Test simulates high-speed and low-load bead work environment,and the results show that such capabilities of DLC films are useful to work in the high-speed,low-load work environment requirements.Comparing to other types of bead,diamond-coated steel rings have drastically increased hardness,low friction coefficient,low wear rate,etc.These properties ensure that the service life of the bead is greatly improved.
