激励学生的艺术

摘    要:激励是根据人的需要,激发人的动机,使人具有一股内在的动力,朝着所期望的目标前进的心理活动过程.在课堂教学过程中,教师要根据具体的教学情景,充分地利用各种教学方法,采取灵活多样的激励方法、技能和技巧,最大限度地激发学生的学习热情和积极性,使课堂教学真正成为启发学生智力,开拓视野,提高学习兴趣,培养各种能力,进行德育、美育等教育的系统过程,从而完成教学任务,达到教学目的.

Abstract:Inspiration is a psychological process which arouses a person's motivation and gives him an inherent motive power and makes him advance to the expected objective in accordance with his need.In class teaching, teachers should make full use of various teaching approaches and take flexible inspiring methods,techniques and skills and inspire students' learning zeal and initiative to the maximum according to the concrete conditions,make the class teaching a systematic process including ethic and esthetic education,etc,which will enlighten students' intelligence, enlarge the field of their vision,improve their learning interest and foster their abilities.Only by doing so,can we fulfill our teaching task and achieve the teaching goal.
