摘    要:在水和柠檬酸溶液中分别测定了利用脱硅渣合成钾肥中的钾元素的溶出率,考察了多种因素对钾元素溶出率的影响·结果表明,钾元素在水中的溶出率小于其在柠檬酸溶液中的溶出率·与农用钾肥硫酸钾相比,合成钾肥的溶出率很小,具有明显的缓释性·K2O含量,保温时间以及氧化物添加种类对合成钾肥的缓释性没有明显影响,但加热温度和冷却方式具有显著作用·

Abstract:The dissolution rate of potassium in the potash fertilizer synthesized with desiliconized slag under different conditions was determined and discussed. The results showed that the dissolution rate of potassium in water is less than that in aqueous citric acid solution and much less than that in the widely used fertilizer of potassium sulphate. The fact shows that the potash fertilizer synthesized with desiliconized slag has an obvious property of slow release. The effects of the amount of K_2O addition, holding time and oxide additives on the dissolution rate are not obvious, though the heating temperature and cooling mode affect it notably.
