基于关联维的气固流化床中空隙率波动信号分析

摘    要:采用PV4A型颗粒测速仪测定了Φ90×1000mm有机玻璃流化床中不同操作条件的空隙率的波动信号,通过功率谱分析和以相空间重构理论为基础的混沌特征参数—关联维来分别揭示气固流化床中空隙率波动信号的频域特征和混沌特性。

Abstract:For PVC and sands with different diameter, the time series of voidage is measured by PV4A particle velocity analyzer in different operation conditions in gas-solid fluidized bed, and is analyzed by chaotic theory. It is showed that the D2(Correlate Dimension) of time series of voidage is varied with axial and radial positions and operation conditions. The result drawn from the time series by chaos analysis offers foundations of industrial application、design、scale-up and control of gas-solid fluidized bed and has important value and instruct meaning.
