| 摘 要： | 城市交通系统对城市经济的繁荣起着十分重要的推动作用。正确评价城市交通系统的发展水平,发现交通发展过程中存在的问题,可以衡量城市交通建设规模与城市经济增长水平相适应的程度,为城市交通和经济的发展战略提供决策依据。论文针对此研究建立了城市交通发展水平评价指标体系,给出以层次分析-模糊评价为基础的评价方法。

| Abstract: | The development level of the urban traffic system has to be evaluated correctly so as to find problems existing in the course of traffic development,measure the adaptability of the traffic construction scale to the growth level of urban economy and provide the decision basis for the development strategy of urban traffic and economy. In the paper,the evaluation index system of the development level of urban traffic is discussed and established,the evaluation method based on Analytical Hierarchy Process and fuzzy evaluation is presented,and an application example also given. |
