| Abstract: | The molecular weight of thrombolytic enzyme from Rhizopus Chinesis was 18000 by SDS polyacrylanide gel electrophorisis.And it was 16600 determined by Sepharcry1 S-100 gel filtration chromatography.The results showed that the enzyme was composed of single subunit. |
