| 摘 要： | 简要论述了时变可靠度的计算方法，选用其中的直接积分法，在一些合理假定基础上得出了时变可靠度计算的实用公式．利用该公式，以实际工程为背景，对一无设计依据的钢筋混凝土梁的正截面承载力可靠度进行了评估，最后对用直接积分法和实用公式两种计算方法的结果进行了对比分析研究．

| Abstract: | The general calculation methods of time-dependent reliability were outlined. Based on some rational assumption and by using the direct integral method, an improved calculation formula was derived. Using the improved formula and the direct integral method, this paper calculated the normal section bearing capacity of RC beam in an engineering project without any design information, and their calculation results were compared. |
