提高不饱和聚酯腻子打磨性能的研究

摘    要:研究了树脂类型和用量,填充剂类型和用量,固化剂类型等对不饱和聚脂腻子打磨性能的影响,发现不同牌号树脂的影响极为明显,几咱国产树脂中116树脂性能最好;此外,树 用量以控制在原子灰总重量的32%左右为宜;填 添加8-12%膨润土或硅藻土能大大改善原子灰的打磨性能;几种固化剂中过氧环已酮是最好的;采用上述优化条件生产出来的原子灰,其打磨性能已赶上日本产品。

Abstract:To strengthen the competitive ability of the home made unsaturated polyester putty on the market, this paper studies the effects of the resin classes and its comsumed quantity and the solidification agent classes on the polyester putty and the effects on the putty given by different resins are quite different, the resin of trade mark 116 is of superior quality, the comsumed quantity of the resin near by 32% of the putty weight is suitable, the bentonite or kieselguhr (8% to 12% by weight) can greatly improve the sanded function of the putty, the cyclohexanone peroxide as the solidification agent is the best and the sanded function of the putty made by the good conditions mentioned above has caught up with that of the putty made in Japan.
