摘    要:报导了7-羟基-8-甲氧基-4(1H)喹啉酮(Q-A)和它的10种衍生物的合成路线,理化性质及波谱数据;证明了Q-A合成品和由中国软珊瑚Sinularia Polydactyla分离到的天然产物Q-A是一致的。

Abstract:7-Hydroxy-8-methoxy-4(1H)-quinolone isolated from the Chinese soft coral Sinularia Polydactyla has been synthesized by a modified Gould-Jacobs' method, The yield is 61%. The synthetic product is identical with the natural one in all respects. Besides, ten other 4-quinolones have also been synthesized. The preliminary bio-assaying tests showed that the presence of the 4-ketonic form of the Q-A derivatives are likely to play an important role in protecting against arrhythmia cordis.
