| 摘 要： | 在阐述空化、空化射流；超声空化及超声空化清洗技术的基础上，对声空化发生的过程及影响产生超声空化空穴的因素进行了研究与探讨，并论述了超声清洗技术的优越性，此外，还对该技术的发展前景及研究发展方向进行了展望。

| Abstract: | In this paper,based on clarifying the theory of cavitiation,caciation jet,ultrasonic caviation and the technology of ultrasonic caviation cleaning,the process of occurring ultrasonic cavitation and the factor affecting its effect are studied and discussed and the advantage of the ultrasonic cavitation cleaning technology is illustrated in detail Finally,the prospect and development direction of studying the ultrasonic cavitation technology are viewed. |
