摘    要:《水环境监测规范》对各类数据的精度有统一规定,要求用"四舍六入、奇进偶舍"的原则进行取舍;而Excel软件中设置的数据修约原则是"四舍五入"、因此根据"四舍六入,奇进偶舍"的修约规则对检测实验数据进行人工处理是一项繁杂的工作。通过Excel软件编写自定义函数、加载宏的应用,可批量实现实验数据的修约处理,且具有简单性、通用性和易操作性,可直接用于水环境监测行业各类计算数据和资料整编结果的处理。

Abstract:According to the uniform provisions of the various types of data accuracy in Water Environment Monitoring Specification,the principle of trade-off is "4 being abandoned,6 being taken,odd number being taken,even mumber being abandoned".However,the principle of data disposal in Excel is"round down and round up",which is a multifarious work to deal with the measured data using man processing.We write customed functions and load the macro using Excel software,in order to realize the batch experimental data processing.The method has simplicity,versatility and operation,and can be directly used to calculate data and information on the reorganization of the results of treatment by various types of water environment monitoring industry.
