| 摘 要： | 高校开放实验室能加强学生实践能力和创新能力的锻炼,适应我国人才培养的需求。文中指出了目前制约我国高校开放实验室建设的主要障碍因素,借鉴国外开放实验室管理经验,探讨了研究生参与高校开放实验室建设与管理的作用和意义以及注意事项,以期对我国开放实验室建设和研究生培养提供启示作用。

| Abstract: | The college open laboratory can enhance the exercise of students’ability of practice and innovation,and thus meet the demand for personnel training.This paper points out the major obstacles restricting domestic college open laboratory construction,draws management experience from open laboratories abroad.It explores the effects,significances and precautions of the graduates participating the construction and management of the college open laboratory,for the purpose of inspiring our construction of open laboratory and training of graduate. |
