摘    要:为研究电子废弃物回收、拆卸、处理及资源循环利用技术与电子废弃物资源化清洁生产技术,提高资源再利用效率,促进电子产业资源循环利用的可持续健康发展,发展静脉产业,以电子废弃物为原料,生产各类金属,把电子废弃物中的塑料、橡胶不分类不清洗制成塑料沥青,在树脂玻纤、残渣等废弃物中加入水泥、灰沙等物做建筑材料如人行道地板砖等.生产过程无污染,主要排放物为水,达到国家排放标准.

Abstract:Based on the principles of minimization, sound and resourcization, the research focuses on the technology of the collection, demolition, dispose and recycling of e-wastes as well as the technology of clean production. It aims to improve the efficiency of resource recycling and ensure the sustainable and healthy development of resource recycling in electronic industry. The research advocates intra-venous industry. E-waste can be used as materials to produce various kinds of metals. The plastic and rubbers from e-waste can be made into plastic asphalt without categorization and cleanout. Other e-waste such as fiberglass resin and residues, blending with cement and sand, can be used as sidewalks floor bricks and other building materials. These processes are environment-friendly and the main e-missions are water, which can come up to the national discharge standard.
