小波分析技术在数据预处理中的应用

摘    要:在工程实际中,从被测对象上检测到的信号,往往混有不同程度的噪声。利用小波分析可以过滤掉弱信号或无用信号,得到用户真正需要的信息。介绍了小波变换、小波包分解,以及运用小波包分解进行数据预处理的方法,并最终选择应用小波包分解进行消噪和小波多尺度分解,完成数据预处理,提取了故障特征。

Abstract:In engineering practice, the detected signal from the measured object , is often mixed with varying degrees of noise. Using wavelet analysis can filter out weak signal or useless signals to obtain the information the user really needs. Wavelet transform, wavelet packet decomposition was described, the method of using wavelet packet decomposition to data preprocessing was given too. Finally select the wavelet packet decomposition to eliminate noise and wavelet muhiscale decomposition, completed data preprocessing, extracted fault feature.
