广义随机制造系统调度方法的研究与实现

摘    要:随着市场的激烈竞争,客户需求的多样化与个性化,制造业正面临着巨大的挑战。多品种小批量以及单件定制生产正在成为制造系统的主导生产方式。广义随机制造系统(Generalized Random Manufacturing System—GRMS)是一种面向订单的制造系统模型。GRMS采用自主式生产计划与控制。介绍了基于GRMS的自主式生产调度的概念,讨论了调度准则,并讨论了系统的发展方向。

Abstract:Following the acuity competition of market, diversification and individuation of requirement of customer, the manufacturing is confronted with greatness challenge. Large breed, short run production and job production is becoming the dominant mode of production. Generalized Random Manufacturing System-GRMS is a manufacturing model which face the order. GRMS adopt self - rule manufacturing planning and scheduling. The concept of GRMS based self - rule manufacturing scheduling is introduced, the scheduling criterion and the developing direction of this system are discussed.
