| Abstract: | In this paper, by analyzing the capability of the air defense C+3I system, first, an index system for synthetic evaluation of the air defense C+3I system efficiency is built up;Second, the fuzzy synthetic evaluating model and method are given; Third, the method of calculating weight - the alternative optima relative method is introduced; Finally, a practical example is given. |
