| Abstract: | This paper introduces the conception of the collaborative digital re ference and its current developing situation at home and abroad, analyzes on tha t the feature of the collaborative digital reference is in the service sharing a nd the knowledge sharing, and by using the theories related to the knowledge man agement, puts forward some main works that should be down well for strengthening the knowledge management in the collaborative digital reference. |
