| 摘 要： | 由于对保护水资源认识不足，执法不严及有关水的法制不健全等原因，我国水污染情况相当严重。应从调控农村面源污染、控制点源污染、实行排污总量控制、加大对水污染治理投资、建立健全法律法规、进行水环境质量规划、推行清洁生产、倡导节水型产业等方面进行综合治理。

| Abstract: | Because ofinsufficientunderstanding ofthe protection ofw ater resources,non -strictaccordance w ith the law and enforcem ent of the law,and inadequate legislation related to the water,the situation of our country's water pollution is very serious,which should be controlled from aspects ofm aking m acroscopic controlofruralarea sources and pointsources pollution,carrying outthe totalam ountcontrolofpollution discharge,adding the funds inputfor the control ofwater pollution,establishing and perfecting the laws and regulations,working outthe water environm entquality control plan,prom oting the cleaner production,and initiating the water-saving type industries,etc. |
