提高乙烯装置丙烯收率的有效措施

丙烯收率是乙烯装置的一项主要经济技术指标 ,1 998年齐鲁乙烯装置改造后 ,造成碳三分离系统的丙烯损失较大。为了提高丙烯收率 ,与华东理工大学合作 ,分别开发了丙烯精馏塔塔顶、塔釜丙烯浓度神经网络软测量技术。对原控制方案进行了改进 ,并优化了工艺条件。该优化系统的投运 ,大大提高了丙烯收率 ,取得了较为理想的效果

Effective Method for Increasing Yield of Propylene in Ethylene Plant

Yield of propylene is a very important economy target of ethylene plant, however, after reforming of Qilu ethylene plant in 1998, the loss of propylene in C 3 separating system has increased greatly. To boost the yield of propylene, cooperating with East China University of Science and Technology, the soft sensing technology using neural networks has been developed individually for deduce of propylene concentration from the top and bottom of the propylene fractionater, the previous control scheme improved and the operation conditions optimized. Since the implementation of this optimization system, the yield of propylene has been greatly increased.
