激光培育珍珠母贝的研究

摘    要:以合浦珠母贝为材料,采用流水诱导加He-Ne激光方法处理,激光波长为6328A,功率5MW,作用剂量可以调控,结果促进了贝苗、幼贝快速生长。平均单位水体产苗量为32.7万只/m^3,收苗期比对照短17d ̄20d。下海培苗育贝的成贝率比对照高16% ̄21%,抗逆性较强。

Abstract:Hepu nacre conch was induced by runing water and irradiated by He-Ne Laser with wavelength 6328Å, output power 5 MW and controllable dose. The results indicated that conchseeding growth was promoted.The average production of conchseeding was 3.27×105 per square meter water. The period of conchseeding in sea was shortened and the surviral rate of conchs was 16% to 21% higher than the control. It has good resistance to the weather variation.
