摘    要:通过对鲁西南地区农村小学教师的工作满意度的调查研究,发现教师对工作性质、人际关系相对满意,对物理条件、薪水、进修晋升、领导管理不太满意,从而提出相应的激励措施:改善教师的办公条件,提高教师的经济收入,给教师减压,提供更多的进修晋升机会,让教师参与管理学校事务.

Abstract:Through the investigation of the work satisfaction of the countryside elementary school teacher in the southwest of Shandong,we discover that teachers are relatively satisfied with work character,interpersonal relationship,comparing to physical condition,wage,development,promotion and administration.Correspondingly,we should take measure to stimulate teachers such as improving condition,enhancing income,lightening pressure,offering development opportunity and participating in management.
