| 摘 要： | 以百合子房为材料进行组培快繁，得到子房诱导成愈伤组织的最适培养基为ＭＳ＋ＢＡ１ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＮＡＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ：适合诱导分化的培养基为ＭＳ＋ＢＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＩＡＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ；适合生根的培养基为ＭＳ＋ＢＡ０．２ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＩＡＡ１ｍｇ／Ｌ．

| Abstract: | A lilium ovary is used for tissue culture and rapid propagation. This experiment showed that the most proper calliferous medium resulted from inducing the lilium ovary is MS BA 1mg/ L NAA 0.5mg/L,the medium fit to inducing differentiation is MS BA 0.5mg/L IAA 0.5mg/L,MS BA 0.2mg/L IAA 1mg/L was fit for root growing. |
