稀有放线菌分离方法的研究

摘    要:在培养基中加入7种不同抑制剂,不同的碳源或氮源及对土壤样品进行预处理等选择性分离各类放线菌,结果发现对土壤真菌,细菌有明显抑制作用而对放线菌无抑制作用的只有重铬酸钾,认为它是选择性分离放线菌的一种高效,便宜的抑制剂。在培养基中加入的碳源或氮源不同,可分离到不同类型的放线菌,找到了在分离不同类型的放线菌时培养基中较好的碳,氮源组合。

Abstract:The paper reports the results on selective isolation of actinomycetes by adding seven kinds of bacteristatic agent,and various carbon and nitrogen source in the medium. The results presented that potassium dichromate could inhibit obviously growth of fungus and bacteria in soil samples except actinomycetes,it was a high efficient,cheap bacteriostatic for selective isolation of actinomycetes,A suitable ratio of carbon-nitrogin source in the medium was found for selective isolation of various actinomycetes. The selective isolation procedure was established for isolation rare actinomycetes. Medium YIM-2 was recommened for selective isolation of rare actinomycetes. The HV medium was improved.
