浅议高职院校人文素质教育现状与对策

人文素质是学生的基本素质之一。人文素质教育是学生身心发展的需要,也是学生职业发展的需要。目前,高职院校学生素质参差不齐、学校文化底蕴存在不足、用人单位注重人才的专业素质而忽略人文素质的培养。这都造成高职院校人文素质教育的严重弱化。本文分析了高职院校人文素质教育的现状、重要性,并提出了加强人文素质教育的对策。

Brief Discussion on the Humanity Quality Education Situation and Solutions in Higher Vocational Colleges

Humanity quality is one of the basic qualities for students. Humanity quality education is the need of physical and mental development for students, also the need of students＇ vocational development. Currently, reasons like students in higher vocational colleges differing greatly, insufficient school culture details and employers paying attention to the professional qualities but ignorance of humanity qualities causing severe weakening of humanity quality education in higher vocational colleges. The paper analyzes the status quo, importance of humanity quality education in higher vocational colleges and brings forward some solutions to strengthen the humanity quality education.
