新疆少数民族地区高校课余体育训练现状的调查

文章主要运用问卷调查等方法,对新疆23所普通高校课余体育训练的现状进行了调查,结果表明:新疆有86.96%高等院校设置了课余体育训练队,主要项目是以男子篮球、田径、男子足球、男子排球等;运动员来源主要以中学生为主。教练员学历大多为大学本科,职称以讲师为主,少数民族教练副教授以上职称较少。教练员缺少培训的机会,学生参加自治区级以上比赛次数较少,课余训练经费不足并且来源单一,场馆设施不能满足课余训练的需要。

An Investigation of the Current Situation of PE Training in the Colleges and Institutes in Ethnic Minority Area of Xinjiang

The present paper has examined the current situation of the PE training in 23 colleges and institutes in Xinjiang by investigating questionnaires and so on.Result demonstrated that there are 86.96% institutions of higher learning establishing extracurriliar training team,and it is mainly trained in men-basketball,track and field,men-football,men-volleyball and so on.The athletes originate mainly from middle-school students.The coaches are mostly graduates and the professional title mainly includes lecturers.They are only a few vice professors in minority trainer.The trainer lacks training the opportunity;The students participate in competition above the autonomous region and competing the number of times are less;The funds of extracurriliar training team are insufficient and sole;The field hall installation cannot satisfy the extracurriliar training.And according to this,we propose some correlate countermeasures and it will provide the constructive opinion for extracurriliar training health development ordinary universities in Xinjiang.
