推进城镇化进程的原则和应着力解决的问题

推进城镇化是一切国家实现现代化的必经过程和重要手段。近年来,我国城镇化步伐逐步加快,但是在推进城镇化的进程中,也面临许多矛盾和问题。为此,要认真分析、准确把握推进城镇化应遵循的基本原则,切实解决好推进城镇化进程中应该注意的几个问题,使经济与社会、城市与乡村协调发展、资源与生态得以合理利用与保护、市场机制的配置作用与政府的宏观引导调控作用得以充分发挥,妥善处理好各主体的利益关系,做到城镇发展规模适度、定位准确、梯度合理、特色突出,确保城镇化进程的顺利推进。

The Principles and Issues in the Process of Urbanization

In the process of urbanization,which is indispensable for modernization for every nation in the world,there exist some problems to be dealt with for different levels of the government in China.Based on the basic principles of urbanization,some issues were discussed in this paper: the coordinate development of economy and society,city and country,the utilization and prevention of resources and ecology,the disposal of market mechanism,and the macro-regulation of the government as well.
