| 摘 要： | 目的：研究硒抑制肿瘤细胞生长的机理。方法：采用DNA电泳及流式细胞仪分析等方法。结果：硒能诱导Hela细胞调亡。1．5％琼脂凝胶电泳呈现典型的阶梯现象。流式细胞仪检测显示大量的亚二倍体细胞。结论：硒促进Hela。肿瘤细胞凋亡，可能是硒抑制肿瘤细胞生长的机理之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the mechanisms of carcinoma cells growth inhibited by Na2SeO3.Method:DNA agarose gel electrophoresis and flow cytometer etcResnlts:Na2SeO3 can induce apoptosis in Hela cells.Typical DNA ladder was shown with 1.5% agarose gel electrophoreais.Detection of flow cytometer ahowedlots of sub-biploid cells.Conclusion:Na2SeO3 can promote apoptosis of Hela cells.One of the mechanisms may be Na2SeO3 inhibittion on the growth of carcino ma cells. |
