| 摘 要： | 我国家族企业的蓬勃发展离不开深厚的家族企业文化底蕴。在家族企业中,文化既表现出对企业进步的巨大推动力,同时由于未能适应企业内外环境的变化,也暴露出其局限性。因此,家族企业应及时调整企业文化的发展思路,构建新型的家族企业文化以促进家族企业的健康持续发展。

| Abstract: | Our country family firm's vigorous development is closely related with the deep family firm culture details.Inside the family firms,the culture, on the one hand,drives the firm to make great progresses,on the other hand,exposes its limitations because it can't adapt the changes caused by the environments inside and outside the firm.Therefore,the family firm should adjust the enterprise culture developing mentalities on time,and construct the new family firm culture to promote family firm to continue to develop healthily. |
