| 摘 要： | 在图书馆网络信息服务管理中,网络信息服务的实际效果难以评价。文章以浙江大学宁波理工学院图书馆网站栏目的点击统计为基础,用实证研究方法分析用户利用图书馆网站和图书馆网络信息服务的行为,为图书馆网站建设、内容组织和网络信息服务管理提供参考依据,以对高校图书馆针对本科学生开展信息服务及研究提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | In the library network information service management, it is difficult to evaluate the actual effect of the network information service. This paper took the click statistics of library website columns of Ningbo Institute of Technology of Zhejiang University as basis to analyze users＇ behavior of using the library website and the library network information service, the empirical study provided a reference for the library website construction, the content organization, and the network information service management. The purpose was to give suggestions to university libraries carrying out the information service and research for the undergraduate students. |
