摘    要:文化是生命成长的精神营养。以厚德载物、自强不息为核心价值的中华优秀文化传统,涵育了一代又一代炎黄子孙,生生不息,薪火相传。但中国文化传统中的"糟粕"部分,即有关漠视、压抑、束缚个体生命成长的价值理念、思维方式和传统习惯等消极因素,则需要我们在开展生命教育的实践中予以正视,并认真排解。

Abstract:The construction of scientific view of life is critical to college students in life education.Like with any kind of tradition,Chinese's cultural tradition has both essence and dross.Therefore,essence absorption and dross discarding are necessary for the improvement of life education based on the cultural traditions.
