| Abstract: | Right generalization prevails at present,but it is not a product of the rights movement.To face the reality and give a precise definition,thus to critically analyze the causation,evaluate the impact and guide the trend in a right direction are the main body of this paper.Meanwhile some relavant reflections are presented. |
