| 摘 要： | 对三尖摆线泵的转子曲线进行分析，建立了理论廓线的参数方程．以MasterCAM软件为平台，运用“Fplot c—hooks”功能绘制摆线廓线，并完成外转子的CAD造型、加工仿真、合理性检验和NC代码自动生成的一系列工作，提高了设计和制造的精度和效率．

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of rotor curve of the three - tipped cycloidal pump, the parametric equation was established . Taking Master CAM as the platform, the cycloidal profile curve was set -up with the utili- zation ＂Fplot c -hooks＂, the CAD model design of the outer -rotor, the machining simulation, the rational- ity test and NC code forming were accomplished, so the precision and efficiency can be improved for the design and manufacture. |
