基于MasterCAM三尖摆线泵外转子的设计与自动编程

摘    要:对三尖摆线泵的转子曲线进行分析,建立了理论廓线的参数方程.以MasterCAM软件为平台,运用“Fplot c—hooks”功能绘制摆线廓线,并完成外转子的CAD造型、加工仿真、合理性检验和NC代码自动生成的一系列工作,提高了设计和制造的精度和效率.

Design and auto- programming on outer- rotor of three- tipped cycloidal pump based on Master CAM

Abstract:Based on the analysis of rotor curve of the three - tipped cycloidal pump, the parametric equation was established . Taking Master CAM as the platform, the cycloidal profile curve was set -up with the utili- zation "Fplot c -hooks", the CAD model design of the outer -rotor, the machining simulation, the rational- ity test and NC code forming were accomplished, so the precision and efficiency can be improved for the design and manufacture.
