高校职称评审监督工作的困境与对策

摘    要:对高校教师工作业绩、工作能力及学术水平进行综合评价的主要方式就是职称评审,这也关系着教师个人的切身利益。目前,我国高校在职称评审中还存在一些问题,极大地损害了教师的切身利益,造成负面的社会影响,甚至影响了学术的公信力,因此必须改进职称评审工作。从监督角度出发,对职称评审监督工作中存在的问题进行分析,并提出了解决问题的建议和对策。

Abstract:the title assessment is the main way of comprehensive assessment of college teachers work achievement, working ability and academic level, which also concerns teachers own interest. At present, some problems exist in the title assessment in institutions of higher education, which greatly impairs teachers'interest and causes the negative social influence, even on the creditability of academic authority, therefore, it is necessary to improve the title assessment. From the angle of supervision, this paper analyses the problems and puts forward solutions to them.
