县域经济转型升级战略研究——以安徽芜湖县为例

县域经济是国民经济的重要组成部分,它的发展状况如何,在很大程度上制约着人民生活水平的提高。"十二五"时期,县域经济发展面临产业转型升级压力增大、生产要素供应趋紧、环境承载力约束和地区竞争激烈等问题,迫切要求创新发展县域经济的新思路,在对芜湖县县域经济采用SWOT分析的基础上,对县域经济转型升级战略问题进行初步探讨,提出具有可操作性的对策措施,旨在推动芜湖县经济的全面转型升级,率先发展。

Research into the strategy of transition and upgrading of county region economy——Taking Wuhu county of Anhui for an example

The county region economy is an important component of the national economy, whose development condition restricts the im- provement of people＇s living standard to a large extent. In the Twelfth Five -Year Plan period, development of the county region econo- my is faced with the industrial transformation and upgrading, tight supply of production, environmental carrying capacity constraint and fierce regional competition, which needs urgent innovation and new ideas of developing the county economy. On the basis of the analysis of the county economy of Wuhu by SWOT, this paper explores the strategy of transition and upgrading of county region economy and puts forward operable measures to promote transformation and upgrading of Wuhu county economy in an all - round way and take the lead in development.
