随着信息技术和多媒体技术的发展和普及,教育信息化技术对各高校教育的发展起着革命性影响,信息化的手段必将促进高等教育内容、教学手段和方法的现代化。建设一个包含各专业的教学标准、教学内容、实验实训、教学指导、学习评价等教学资源平台——教学资源库,逐渐成为高校信息化的重点工作之一。针对高校教学资源库的建设和使用进行深入思考,分析教学资源库的重要作用及其存在的问题。

With the development and popularization of information technology and multi -media technology, the education information technology plays a revolutionary role in the development of higher education. The information means will promote the modernization of content, teaching means and methods of higher education. We should build the teaching resources bank, that is, a teaching resource platform containing teaching standard, teaching content, experiment and practice, teaching guidance and learning evaluation for various professions, which becomes one of the key works of informationalization of higher learning institutions.
