| 摘 要： | 2012年发布的中央一号文件把农业科技摆到更突出位置,把推进农业科技创新作为农产品生产保供和现代农业发展的支撑,在中国农业科技发展史上具有里程碑意义。农业科技创新的关键是农业龙头企业技术能力的提升。描述了寿县农业龙头企业发展及其技术能力现状,剖析其在技术能力提升中存在的问题,进而提出加快寿县农业龙头企业技术能力提升的对策,以推动寿县农业龙头企业更好发展,同时也为其他农业龙头企业提升技术能力提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | No. 1 document issued by the Central Committee in 2012 puts the agricultural technology in the prominent position and re- gards the promotion of agricultural technology innovation as the pillar of agricultural product supply and modem agricultural develop- ment, which is of milestone significance in the Chinese agricultural technology history. The key of agricultural technology innovation lies in improvement of technical ability of leading enterprises of agriculture. This paper briefly introduces the present situation of the devel- opment and technical ability of leading enterprises of agriculture in Shouxian county, analyses the problems in technical ability and puts forward countermeasures for improving the technical ability, aiming at promoting the better development of leading enterprises of agricul- ture in Shouxian county and providing reference for other leading enterprises. |
