硫酸镍催化合成乙酸丁酯

摘    要:以硫酸镍为催化剂合成乙酸丁酯,考察了催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量比、反应时间及催化剂重复使用次数等因素对酯化率的影响。结果表明硫酸镍具有催化活性高,易分离回收,重复使用性良好,无废液排放等优点;在最佳反应条件下,酯化率为94.8%。

Abstract:N-butyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and n-butanol,using NiSO4 as the catalyst.The influences of reaction conditions on the esterification rate included the amount of the catalyst,eaction time,molar ratio of alcohol to acid,repeated uses of the catalyst.Experimental results showed that NiSO4 is an excellent catalyst in the synthesis of n-butyl acetate.It was high activity,conomic,environmental friendly and could be used repeatedly.Under the best conditions the esterification rate of over 94.8%was attained.
