| 摘 要： | "全国亿万青少年学生阳光体育运动"我国是新时期加强青少年体育、增强青少年体质的战略举措.阳光体育实施4年来,虽然整体效果上是可喜的,但也存在着许多不尽如人意之处.以大连市30所初高中980名学生的调研数据为基础,分析阳光体育实施中存在的问题,研究中学生不喜欢或拒绝参加体育活动的主观因素及其因素构成,提出从教育观念、教学方法、教学内容等方面着手的阳光体育实施的建议和对策.
