| 摘 要： | 目的:调查截瘫患者的各种心理应对策略的效果及对康复的指导意义.方法:使用问卷调查了56例截瘫患者的功能情况、生活事件、心理应对策略及生活质量,并与41例正常人群进行对比.结果:截瘫患者除物质生活维度外的生活质量明显低于正常人群(P＜0.01);生活质量低分组较多使用愿望性思维策略、寻求支持策略和自控策略.结论:在干预截瘫患者心理应对和康复治疗时,应该集中精力降低应激源强度,包括改善功能和引导积极的认知评价;指导增强积极的心理应对策略.
